Tycho Front End Web Developed Website

Project Type: Front End Web Development

Design Problem: Hard code an artist’s website in HTML and CSS, using existing photographs and videos. I chose Tycho as the target music artist website to recreate with code.

Process: I gathered assets and drew sketches for all six pages of Tycho’s website, making sure the sketches made sense and I could code them with HTML5 and CSS3, then I moved into wireframes, which I tested and iterated. I used that iteration as a guideline to code Tycho’s new website using Atom.

Final Solution: Front-end developed website of six pages including: About, Discography, Tour Dates, Media, and Merchandise. The current website I built for Tycho a more artistic look and feel and includes his own artwork as design elements of the website. I was also able to add a unique drop down menu as a navigation tab for the rest of the site.
